Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel your online order prior to shipment, contact us immediately to cancel the order and receive a refund.

My case arrived damaged. What do I do?

If the defect is within the terms of this warranty, ECS will, at its option, repair or replace the affected containers and return them to the customer within a reasonable time frame. When this is the situation, ECS will pay both inbound and outbound freight by the best way, surface routing. If ECS is not able, within a reasonable period of time, to repair or replace any product to a condition as warranted, the customer shall be entitled to a refund of the purchase price upon return of the product to ECS.

I am not satisfied with my case. How do I return it?
In order to prevent damage to returned cases, it is mandatory that the cases be returned in compliance with the guidelines below. Damage as a result of failure to follow these instructions will be at customer's expense. Whenever possible, cases should be returned in their original packaging.

If the original package is not available, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Choose an appropriate size corrugated carton.
2. Cartons should be sized suitable to allow for 1” to 2” of protective fill to prevent damage (foam cushioning, packaging peanuts or bubble wrap, etc.)
3. Case should be completely surrounded by protective fill.
4. If more than one case is packaged in a carton, a suitable divider should be used to keep case separated.
5. Corner and edge protectors are recommended for use on all cases.
Adhering to these guidelines will provide suitable protection for any returned items barring shipper negligence. ECS will not be responsible for shipper negligence.
